Forensics competed at their last meet of the season yesterday in Abilene. Tarah Richards qualified for the finals in extemporaneous speech and finished fourth overall. Ian Hamlett also competed for Solomon yesterday. Both students earned letters for their efforts in Forensics this season. Mr. Triplett was very proud of his competitors and said he’s excited to have the program back in the school. He also said it helps his students get to know more about analyzing and interpreting poetry, literature, current events, and world culture.
