On Thursday, October 8th the Solomon JH volleyball team traveled to Canton Galva to take on the Eagles. The A team won in two sets (25-21) and (25-13). The B team lost in two sets (22-25) and (14-25).
When we asked Coach Desomiers her thoughts for the matches she said for A team, “I thought they played well and most importantly, played well together. It's exciting how great they've been playing the last couple weeks!" For the B team she said, “we've been really focusing on serving with them and it paid off last night as they looked a lot stronger with it!”
The next contest for the Gorillas JH volleyball team is on Thursday, October 15th at Rural Vista.

When we asked coach Johnson his thoughts for the game he said, “This was a great team win that we really needed! Several individuals scored and everyone played very very well as a team!”
The next game for the football team is on Thursday, October 15th when they travel to Rural Vista to take on the Heat.
