• Catering for large numbers

• International recipes and cooking methods

• Regular menu planning for Staff Luncheons

• Menu design

• The artful presentation of food

Gorilla Grub is reserved for advanced culinary students who have taken the prerequisite cooking classes. Here are some of the classes we offer, depending on the course catalog for the semester.
