Senior Tyra Thompson is the daughter of Sonya Thompson and Derric Thompson. During Tyra’s time at Solomon she participated in volleyball, basketball, FFA, and student council. Tyra’s after high school plan is to attend Fort Hays State University to study biology with hopes to one day become a conservation biologist. Tyra says her favorite high school memory would have to be watching the boys win at Clifton- Clyde and going to support them in Dodge City. If Tyra could give her freshmen self some advice she would say to “live your life and don't let people hold you back.” Tyra would like to remind everyone to “Drip or Drown.”
