Itinerary & Guidelines for Prom - April 26th, 2025
The night of Prom will be scheduled as follows:
7:00 PM Pictures in the Park (On their own, no photographer provided)
8:00 PM Promenade
8:30 PM Dance Begins
9:30 PM Crowning of King and Queen
Midnight Dance ends, and After-Prom begins
Promenade Guidelines for Students and Parents
Attention Students and Parents:
Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable promenade experience for everyone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Parking Instructions:
Important: Parents and spectators are NOT permitted to park in the West parking lot.
Parking Location: Please park in the North parking lot to keep the West lot clear for students.
Promenade Procedures:
In Good Weather:
Arrival:
Students will be leaving the park when they finish with pictures and be coming North on N Walnut St. They will enter the parking lots south entrance and drive around drive up to the West entrance of the school from the south.
Valet Parking:
Cars will be parked by valet service for convenience and safety. If you are allowing students to borrow your car and wish to take it immediately after the students have exited the vehicle, be ready to retrieve it.
Entry Announcement:
Student names will be announced upon entry.
In Bad Weather:
Arrival:
Parents and spectators should enter through the North Elementary doors.
Location:
Proceed down to the Main Gym where the promenade will take place.
Student Parking:
Students will park in the East parking lot and enter through the main doors. They will then head down the middle school hallway and enter the gym from the southeast entrance.
Promenade Route:
Students will promenade through the gym and proceed into the prom area.
Additional Notes:
Safety First: Please be mindful of all safety protocols while arriving and departing.
Check Weather Conditions: Stay updated on weather conditions leading up to the event to prepare accordingly.
Respect the Space: We kindly ask everyone to respect the guidelines for parking and entry to ensure a pleasant experience for all attendees.
