As we gear up for the start of HS basketball/bowling and continue with MS basketball, the Kansas State High School Activities Association has made a change in attendance. Last Tuesday, the KSHSAA Board of Directors passed a motion limiting it to only players, coaches, and workers. No parents will be allowed to attend. Starting January 29, this will be revisited locally. You can catch all Gorilla activities on our YouTube channel. We are pleased our students still get the opportunity to participate in their respective activities. #GorillasTogether #GorillaPride

Congrats to the Scholars Bowl Team for placing 2nd at our home invitational this evening!! This wouldn’t be possible without all the volunteers willing to give up their time to help it run, to them we sat THANK YOU!!
What an experience! Proud of our school and our coach to host one of the first virtual Scholar's Bowl meets in KS. Great to see our kids working it and competing! With a positive mindset, nothing can hold us back!
Our Winter Homecoming Dance will take place on Saturday, December 5th from 7:30 pm until 10:00 pm. No outside guests allowed. Students must wear a mask the entire time. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
Our Winter Royalty Court candidates are Arlyn Gonzalez, Emma Seidl, Aaliyah Smith, Bennie Garza, Spencer LaCost and Blayz Saltkill. Crowning will be at 3:15 pm on Friday at the football stadium. Community is invited to attend, but asked to sit in the bleachers on the east side.

9-12 Class Christmas Tree Decorating Contest for Spirit Week, decorate your trees during lunch or second breakfast, starting Nov. 30th & ending Dec. 3rd. Decorating will be done with COVID protocols in mind of course, Winner will be decided on Friday, December 4th!
