Second grade learned about the tools used in the pioneer days and got to see what a dugout house was really like. We also loaded a wagon with supplies to move to Kansas during the 1800’s. We ate and played at the field house. Thanks Delos for driving us today.

We studied about Kansas in the classroom and today we had the opportunity to experience life as pioneers at the Smoky Hill Museum in Salina. We also got to eat lunch and play at the Salina Field. Thank you to Ms. Miller and Mr . Scheele at both places.

Congratulations to all of our Science Olympiad participants today. We took home silver in Anatomy and Physiology and bronze in Dynamic Planet. Great job!
