We're gearing up for our Veterans Day breakfast and concert tomorrow! Mrs. Riordan had students create drawings for a banner, and the 5th and 6th grade students are practicing for their performance!
The 7:00 a.m. breakfast is free for veterans and their families, and Mr. Luce's 5&6th grade choir students will perform at 8:15

This year we are implementing a mentoring program at our school, and yesterday was their first get-together. Having a Big or Little friend will help us make connections, learn new skills, and build community. Students will partner up every Monday.
Did you know that to encourage more students to continue their education beyond high school, the state is implementing Apply Free Days? Right now, until November 9th! Application fees for all state, community, technical, and independent colleges in Kansas will be waived for state residents.

October was a busy month for Solomon Elementary & Middle School students. Mock trials, many office celebrations, birthday tables, SSAG challenges, and Halloween fun were just a few of the events.
