Tonight we welcome two teams to our gym, Stafford and Hartford. Those two will play varsity basketball at 6 pm followed by Stafford vs. Solomon boys. In the MS gym, our boys will play Stafford in JV action. All games are live streamed on our YouTube channel!
Tonight our boys will host Stafford in basketball. Yesterday we were informed that a player from an opposing team last week had symptoms while playing in a game. While talking with County Health, they decided to quarantine the girls basketball team. We have ZERO cases currently in our school, but wanted to clarify why our girls will not be playing tonight. #GorillasTogether

JV scholars bowl had another successful tournament with a tough loss in the final round placing second overall. Huge shoutout to our Wheat State League for adding extra league tournaments so that our students could have a safe scholars bowl season and still compete!
Attendance Policy update for ballgames: 2 parents/guardians allowed for home games, 1 for our visitors. Red ticket allows you in to pay at the door. Sit on the blue Xs---they are social distanced. As we gear up for the start of HS basketball/bowling and continue with MS basketball, the Kansas State High School Activities Association has made a change in attendance. Last Tuesday, the KSHSAA Board of Directors passed a motion limiting it to only players, coaches, and workers. No parents will be allowed to attend. Starting January 29, this will be revisited locally. You can catch all Gorilla activities on our YouTube channel. Congrats to the Scholars Bowl Team for placing 2nd at our home invitational this evening!! This wouldn’t be possible without all the volunteers willing to give up their time to help it run, to them we sat THANK YOU!!
What an experience! Proud of our school and our coach to host one of the first virtual Scholar's Bowl meets in KS. Great to see our kids working it and competing! With a positive mindset, nothing can hold us back!
Our Winter Homecoming Dance will take place on Saturday, December 5th from 7:30 pm until 10:00 pm. No outside guests allowed. Students must wear a mask the entire time. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
