Good luck HS track kids in your first meet!

🌍✉️ Check out this exciting opportunity for our high school students! In Mrs. Johansen's class, students are handwriting letters to their pen pals across the globe in Norway! What a fun way to improve writing and penmanship skills! Matched by interest, these letters are sparking friendships and curiosity. Students have been eagerly anticipating new letters each day. Looking ahead, Johansen is excited to start this project with next year's students in August so they can make these connections earlier on in the school year. She hopes that this project builds friendships that they will keep even after this class is over.

Congratulations to the March Students of the Month! The following students were nominated for showing leadership. Our nominees this month were:

The 4th graders did a phenomenal job on their Black History Wax Museum today. They all battled their nerves of speaking to so many people. We are very proud of them. Thank you parents for helping them memorize their speeches and putting together their outfits.

Mrs. Johansen's English class is promoting a culture of respect! These ✨sparkle statements serve as reminders to uphold the value of respect in our school. After a recent classroom discussion and a research paper on respect, students created posters to hang proudly in the hallway. Seniors then voted on their favorites and selected the winners.

The fourth grade Wax Museum was a success! Their hard work and research paid off, and they did a great job today! Check out our Facebook page for more photos.
