Mr. Nordgren’s first hour American Government is learning about how the U.S. legal system functions. In order to get a more realistic grasp of the legal system, Mr. Nordgren has the students perform a mock trial. The students explored the fairytale "Hansel and Gretel," in which they were trying Handsel and Gretel for second degree murder of the witch. The trial was ruled as a mistrial.
