6th graders got hands-on learning about how rocks are formed through pressure, heat, and more. From sedimentary squishes to metamorphic melts, it was a sweet way to dig into geology!

Ann Bush of Bush's Market gave Solomon High School FBLA members a business tour on 11/10 and discussed the impact her local grocery store has had in the Solomon community. She also shared some challenges and successes she has experienced owning/operating her families' business over the years.

As we gear up to launch Operation Gorilla Family, we will be kicking off the donation drive Friday, November 21st with canned goods. As our high schoolers rake leaves in local lawns, a group will also be collecting canned goods. Please set these on your front porch for collection 1PM-4PM
