The JH basketball game scheduled for Monday, January 26th at Ell-Saline has been cancelled. Unfortunately we are not able to find a date that works for both schools to reschedule, this game will not be played.

Learn more about Solomon High School student, Briley, class of 2026. Briley is a long time Solomonite - having been a student since Kindergarten. She is ready to graduate and attend the Hays Academy of Hair Design for Cosmetology. In her time at Solomon she shouts out teachers, Tanya Hite, Kelly Glanville, and Kelly Coup for shaping her time at Solomon. She wisely encourages her younger peers to turn in their homework on time! As part of our new middle school journalism class, students practiced interviewing by choosing a classmate to spotlight. They asked thoughtful questions, listened closely, and wrote articles highlighting what makes each student unique.

The final day of the Eli J Walter basketball tournament in Berean has decided to move start times up. The boys will play Wichita Classical at 12:00 PM and the girls will play Wichita Classical at 1:30 PM

Senior government students traveled to the Capitol today. They took the history and dome tours, sat in on a very interesting House session, and visited with Senator Scott Hill.

Update for tomorrows events.
The HS basketball teams will travel to Ell-Saline for the 2nd round of the mid-season tournament. The girls will tip-off at 6:00 with the boys following at 7:30.
JH basketball will be hosting Elyria for 8th grade recognition. The 8th grade girls will be recognized prior to their game at 5:00. The 8th grade boys will be recognized prior to their game at 6:00.

🚨 All bowlers persevered through some very difficult lane conditions and did not give up on Monday against Washington Co.
🎳 Isaac H and A'Den P tied for 3rd place individual. Isaac led the boys with a 206 game. Isaac and A'Den shared a high series at 486. Malaki G had a PR game of 94 and a PR series of 256. Kadin H had a PR game of 140.
🎳 On the girls side Aspen B was 4th place individual. Aspen and Morgan V shared team high game at 115 and Aspen led the way with a 318 series.
📍Next up is our Solomon Invitational at The Alley in Salina next Tuesday at 2:00PM. Come out and support our Student/Athletes.
